In general we would expect to dispatch your mounts within 28 days of our receiving your order. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay beyond this time, we will advise you of this, and you will then have the right to cancel your order.

If you have a deadline by which the mounts are required, please advise us of this at the time of order; we will make every effort to meet your deadline if at all possible, otherwise we will be able to advise you at once if the deadline will be infeasible to meet.

Please make sure that you have checked any necessary measurements and colours before you order. You may visit your local stockist of Daler-Rowney mount board and inspect the colours there.

We will, of course, accept returns if the mounts dispatched are not correct in size or colour in respect of your order, or if they have been damaged in transit. We would appreciate your notifying us of problems as soon as possible after you have received the items concerned; please contact us before returning the items, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

All prices quoted on this website exclude postage and packing, except where specifically noted otherwise. We are not registered for VAT so no VAT is payable or reclaimable by you in respect of our products.

We respect your right to privacy. We will not pass on or sell our customers' details to anyone else, except as required by UK law.

From time to time we may wish to contact you by email to advise you of special offers, sales or other promotions; please advise us if you would like to be added to our mailing list for these. You may contact us at any time to ask to be removed from the list.
